<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dolls can be such a fun project to work on! Every one can be a little bit different. With a good base crochet doll pattern, you can really get creative with making a doll based on a certain person, character, or theme! Today, I&#8217;ll share my basic doll body pattern. In the coming weeks, I&#8217;ll share different hair, clothing, and accessory options to truly get creative with making your own doll!</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I&#8217;d love to hear your suggestions on what types of doll accessories you&#8217;d like to create!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Doll Base Pattern</h2>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img data-recalc-dims="1" decoding="async" width="640" height="853" src="https://i0.wp.com/gettinghookedoncrochet.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG_5280-1.jpeg?resize=640%2C853&#038;ssl=1" alt="" class="wp-image-482" srcset="https://i0.wp.com/gettinghookedoncrochet.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG_5280-1-scaled.jpeg?resize=768%2C1024&amp;ssl=1 768w, https://i0.wp.com/gettinghookedoncrochet.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG_5280-1-scaled.jpeg?resize=225%2C300&amp;ssl=1 225w, https://i0.wp.com/gettinghookedoncrochet.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG_5280-1-scaled.jpeg?resize=1152%2C1536&amp;ssl=1 1152w, https://i0.wp.com/gettinghookedoncrochet.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG_5280-1-scaled.jpeg?resize=1536%2C2048&amp;ssl=1 1536w, https://i0.wp.com/gettinghookedoncrochet.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG_5280-1-scaled.jpeg?w=1920&amp;ssl=1 1920w, https://i0.wp.com/gettinghookedoncrochet.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG_5280-1-scaled.jpeg?w=1280&amp;ssl=1 1280w" sizes="(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px" /></figure>
